Great Lakes Victory Auto provides automotive inspection, diagnostics, maintenance, and repair services. All services are performed according to industry standards and based on the information available at the time of service.

• All estimates are approximations, not final prices.
   
• Additional repairs may be required once a vehicle is inspected or disassembled.
   
• No additional work will be performed without customer approval.
   
• Verbal, text message, or written authorization is considered valid approval to proceed.
   

• Diagnostic fees apply regardless of whether repairs are approved.
   
• A diagnostic identifies visible or detectable issues only and does not guarantee discovery of all existing or future problems.
   
• Some issues may appear only after parts are removed or systems are tested under specific conditions.
   

• We may use OEM, aftermarket, rebuilt, or customer-supplied parts, depending on availability and customer preference.
   
• Great Lakes Victory Auto is not responsible for the quality, longevity, or compatibility of customer-supplied parts.
   
• Warranty does not apply to customer-supplied parts.
   

• Labor warranty applies only to work performed by Great Lakes Victory Auto, unless otherwise stated in writing.
   
• Warranty does not cover:
   
  • Normal wear and tear
     
  • Abuse, neglect, or improper use
     
  • Failures caused by unrelated components
     
  • Pre-existing conditions
     
• No warranty is provided on diagnostic services.
   

• Payment is due in full upon completion of services.
   
• We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and other approved payment methods.
   
• Vehicles may be held until payment is completed, as permitted by Ohio law.
   

• Vehicles not picked up within 48 hours after service completion may be subject to storage fees.
   
• Storage fees will be disclosed upon request.
   

• Vehicles may have hidden defects due to age, mileage, corrosion, or prior repairs.
   
• Great Lakes Victory Auto is not responsible for failures of unrelated or pre-existing components.
   
• We are not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.
   

• Customer authorizes necessary test drives on public roads to diagnose or verify repairs.
   
• Test drives are performed by qualified personnel using reasonable care.
   

• Website content is provided for general information only.
   
• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of website information for any specific purpose.
   
• Unauthorized copying or misuse of website content is prohibited.
   

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Lakes Victory Auto shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or towing expenses.
